Tisha Swihart joined the law firm Dykema Gossett PLLC as their Chief Financial Officer in 2024, overseeing all financial operations and strategic financial planning for the AmLaw 200 firm with 13 offices in 7 states. With over 25 years of financial leadership experience across three law firms, Tisha is a key member of the executive leadership team, working closely with the CEO, COO and Executive Board.
She navigates the complexities of partner finance and accounting, driving profitability, enhancing operational efficiency, and enhancing the customer experience through the transformation of people, processes, and systems in alignment with firm strategy and financial best practices. Tisha is a Certified Public Accountant and received her BBA in Accounting from Western Michigan University, Haworth College of Business.
