As the managing member of Dykema’s Austin office, Travis represents clients in high-stakes litigation across Texas and beyond. He’s tried everything from efficient first-party insurance cases to “bet-the-company” commercial disputes, earning a reputation for advocacy in the courtroom and pragmatism at the strategy table.
Clients rely on Travis for his ability to distill complex problems into focused legal action. Travis represents contractors, architects, and property owners on construction defect and land use matters, and helps healthcare providers and physicians navigate complex contractual disputes. His insurance practice also includes the defense of first-party property damage claims and interpleader actions, where his meticulous preparation and courtroom experience deliver real value. Travis approaches each case with the same discipline: identify the real issue, tune out the noise, and execute with clarity and credibility.
