Emily Reed, a corporate finance attorney in Dykema's San Antonio office, focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate governance matters. Emily uses her knowledge and experience to help clients achieve their business goals and support clients in any stage of their business life cycle.
She assists clients on both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, and works with clients across a wide range of industries, including food and beverage, healthcare, banking, SaaS, manufacturing, and investment management. Additionally, Emily has experience in private securities and investment transactions. She has assisted both investors seeking to buy in to a private company, as well as private companies offering investment opportunities to employees and other third party investors.
