Jacob assists clients with various types of financing transactions, including single-lender, multi-lender and syndicated credit facilities, and with various forms of borrowing bases. Jacob’s top priority in any transaction is ensuring clients’ needs are met.

Jacob also has experience with franchising arrangements including drafting of franchise disclosure documents and ancillaries and compliance with state and federal franchise laws and regulations.

Prior to beginning legal education and employment, Jacob worked in banking and mortgage. He implemented new products, built reports, and improved productivity and efficiency across multiple departments.
