Dykema is pleased to congratulate its client, Alamo Group Inc., on the successful completion of its acquisition of Petersen Industries, a leading manufacturer of truck-mounted grapple loader equipment used in bulky waste collection and industrial applications.

Petersen Industries, headquartered in Lake Wales, Florida, has more than 65 years of industry experience and is known for its high-quality grapple loader products relied upon by municipalities, public works departments, and private haulers nationwide.
