Jason Reichlyn represents domestic and foreign insurers in complex coverage disputes and related litigation. His practice focuses on professional and management liability exposures, including directors and officers, fiduciary, errors and omissions, and employment practices, across an array of industries and sectors. Jason provides primary and excess insurers strategic coverage counseling and routinely advises on claims investigations and valuations, coverage analyses, bad faith, and substantial extra-contractual exposure. His significant mediation, arbitration, and litigation experience ranges from the pleading stage, through motion practice, to trial and appeal in state and federal courts nationwide.
