Jeanne M. Whalen's practice focuses on general corporate, contracting, and acquisition matters, with an emphasis on technology and health care-related transactions. She has a Computer Science Engineering degree from the University of Michigan and interned at Microsoft Corporation in the Developer Tools Division. Ms. Whalen's experience includes:

  • Public and private company mergers and acquisitions and joint venture transactions, including in the technology and health care sectors;
  • Representing technology companies and other companies engaging in technology-related transactions; and
  • General corporate representation including counsel to Boards of Directors, entity information and capitalization, shareholder agreements, and customer and supplier relationships.

Prior to joining Dykema, Ms. Whalen worked in education.
