Jeff Ward’s practice focuses on counseling and litigation related to D&O and professional liability insurance. With more than two decades as outside coverage counsel, he helps clients resolve claims involving attorneys, accountants, investment advisors, and executives in various industries.

In each new matter he handles, Jeff conducts an efficient but in-depth study of the unique circumstances. He then provides clients with a thorough understanding of issues and risks and a comprehensive strategy for resolving them.

A skilled all-around litigator, Jeff prides himself on his strategy development and written advocacy talents. In addition to his insurance coverage practice, he has defended professionals accused of malpractice.

Jeff has also represented plaintiffs and defendants in business litigation and commercial disputes over antitrust, consumer protection, intellectual property, international law, and telecommunications issues.

I owe clients more than just legal advice. I give my full attention to each case, the outcome they want, and articulating the implications for future cases. It goes beyond good client service. It’s the lawyer I am and want to be.
