Jerrold M. Peven
Senior Counsel
Jerry Peven focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and loan workouts.
He represents real estate owners and operators, banks and other financial institutions and special servicers of securitized loans on a local and national basis. Jerry’s substantial loan workout experience includes the preparation and negotiation of forbearance agreements, bring current agreements, loan modification and restructuring agreements, deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure and loan assumption agreements involving vacant land and properties improved with hotels, shopping centers, commercial office buildings, multifamily and golf courses.
