Nardeen Dalli is an associate in Dykema’s Bloomfield Hills, Michigan office and is a member of Dykema’s Taxation, Estate Planning, and Employee Benefits practices. Nardeen concentrates on federal tax, international tax, and state and local tax, with a focus on transactional matters including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings. Nardeen is also a member of Dykema’s Dental Service Organizations and provides DSOs with advice on tax issues related to mergers and acquisitions. Nardeen advises clients on employee benefits work, including executive compensation arrangements, Code Section 409A compliance, equity incentive plans, and other tax-related employee benefits issues.
Experience
Mr. Dalli is a graduate of the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, having obtained an LL.M. in Taxation. Mr. Dalli also graduated cum laude from Western Michigan University, Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where he was a member of WMU-Cooley Law Review.
Prior to joining Dykema, Mr. Dalli was a Senior Associate at an international "Big 4" accounting firm where he advised clients on various aspects of international tax. Mr. Dalli assisted with tax advisory services related to corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions.
