"California, Federal Government Respond to Concerns About Price Gouging During Pandemic"
April 2, 2020
Daily Journal
Los Angeles-based Dykema attorneys Scott Pressman and Allison Scott co-authored the Daily Journal article “California, federal government respond to concerns about price gouging during pandemic.”
In the article, Pressman and Scott point out that as the nation began dealing with the reality of living under the COVID-19 pandemic, some merchants selling items such as hand sanitizer and N95 masks began selling these same items at outrageously higher prices. They go on to highlight what the State of California and the federal government are doing in response to such price gouging actions.
