Thomas Schehr and Nasseem Ramin, both of Dykema’s Detroit office and members of the firm’s Financial Services Litigation practice group, co-authored the article “A Primer on Virtual Litigation Practice” for the State Bar of Michigan website.
The article highlights how the COVID-19 pandemic has presented challenges for litigators in moving lawsuits forward and meeting scheduling order deadlines while following guidelines to stay home and social distance.
