Price Fixing: 'It Was the Machines, Sarah!'

Dante A. Stella and Howard B. Iwrey, members in Dykema’s Business Litigation practice group, co-authored the article, “Price Fixing: ‘It Was the Machines, Sarah!’”, published by The Journal of Robotics, Artificial Intelligence & Law (v.2 no.2 March-April 2019).

Iwrey and Stella delve into the use of repricing software by online vendors as they determine competitive rates, and explain how the same software can be employed by federal authorities to detect price fixing and other anticompetitive practices. They conclude the article with practice tips for antitrust attorneys.
