Dykema, a leading national law firm, is pleased to announce that Charlotte Garry Carne has been selected by Michigan Lawyers Weekly as one of “Michigan’s Go To Lawyers for Employment Law” for 2025.

The “Michigan’s Go To Lawyers” program recognizes leading lawyers in a particular field of law. According to Michigan Lawyers Weekly, the honorees selected for the 2025 Employment Law class are considered outstanding attorneys with a demonstrated track record of success in their practice area.

Carne focuses her practice on management-side employment litigation and counseling for private and public employers. She regularly defends clients in discrimination, wage and hour, and leave law matters before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Her background includes serving as a federal judicial clerk in the Eastern District of Michigan and practicing employment law at firms in Michigan and California.

Carne earned her J.D. from Pepperdine University in 1998, where she served as articles editor for the Pepperdine Law Review. She received her B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1993.
