Session 1: Avoiding Meal and Rest Break Penalties

This program will discuss the legal framework and requirements regarding meal breaks, rest breaks, policies and practices, record keeping, and premium pay for employees. We also will address common compliance pitfalls, identifying the most frequent mistakes employers make that lead to penalties, and provide strategies for compliance with practical tips and best practices for implementing effective policies. In addition, this webinar will discuss the importance of supervisor training.
