Session 2: Complying with the New Pay Equity Law

This program will discuss the California Fair Pay Act, California’s Salary History Ban, S.B. 1162 and Pay Data Reporting to the California Civil Rights Department (CRD). Char and Jasmina will also give practical guidance and discuss best practices with regard to pay equity.
