A recent study by the Society for Human Resource Management indicates that 1 in 4 employers are using Artificial Intelligence in the workplace. Char Carne will address the various ways AI is being used in the workplace, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s focus on ensuring that employer use of AI and other workplace technologies comply with civil rights laws.
