Char's Corner: Wage and Hour Class Action Updates

California’s wage and hour rules create real risks for employers, especially under the state’s “rebuttable presumption” standard for meal and rest breaks. In this session, Char will discuss the rebuttable presumption and Dykema’s recent trial victory in a high-stakes class action and share how the trial team successfully rebutted the presumption.
