Dykema is pleased to congratulate its client, Electreon, on the successful acquisition of InductEV, establishing a global powerhouse in wireless EV charging. By incorporating InductEV’s assets and intellectual property, Electreon now delivers the industry’s most complete wireless charging portfolio—supporting everything from passenger cars and light commercial vans to heavy-duty Class 8 trucks. This acquisition unites two leaders in the field to streamline fleet electrification and make the shift to electric mobility far more accessible for commercial operators.

Fleets can now rely on a unified suite of charging solutions tailored to every operational scenario: dynamic in-road charging while vehicles are in motion, “opportunistic” top-up charging during scheduled stops, and overnight charging at depots or parking facilities. For every conductive charging method—whether cable, trolley, or pantograph—Electreon offers a superior, easily replaceable inductive alternative.

The transaction was led by Will Liebmann and supported by Char Carne, Deborah Ransom, and Katy Jo Richards.
