Dykema Advises Paramount Placement in Sale to Concord Holdings

Dykema represented Paramount Placement in connection with the successful sale to Concord Holdings. The private equity transaction was completed with debt and equity backing provided by Route 2 Capital Partners.

Paramount Placement is a national skilled-trades talent solutions platform offering both direct placement and staffing solutions, focused on connecting licensed and technically skilled professionals with employers across the manufacturing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, automotive and diesel repair, heavy equipment, machining, and industrial maintenance sectors. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Swansea, MA, Paramount has driven more than 5,000 hires for employer partners since 2016.
