Robin Lehninger is a Member with Dykema's Milwaukee office. The practice of medicine and the business of healthcare are inextricably connected. Robin focuses her practice on the latter, so her clients can focus their efforts and energy on the former.
Immersing herself in the operations, objectives, and concerns of each client and the details and context of every matter, Robin leverages her extensive industry experience to help healthcare clients seize business opportunities and avoid disruptive compliance missteps.
Robin's collaborative spirit and ability to focus on the issues that matter have facilitated countless complex transactions for healthcare clients of all stripes, from individual physicians and provider groups to large hospital systems and healthcare technology companies.
She takes a holistic view of every proposed transaction, working closely with her clients to evaluate and explain the potential rewards and risks and ensure it aligns with their overall business goals and interests. Whether it's guiding a merger or acquisition, establishing a strategic partnership, securing financing, or consummating a technology-related transaction, Robin's insights on both the business and compliance fronts help close healthcare deals effectively and efficiently.
