Dykema Congratulates Wilmington Dermatology Center, PLLC on its Strategic Partnership with DermCare Management

Dykema is pleased to congratulate Wilmington Dermatology Center, PLLC, on its new strategic partnership with DermCare Management platform. Wilmington Dermatology, a North Carolina-based physician-owned dermatology, cosmetic, and clinical research practice, is a top Botox provider in the state and one of the highest-volume Botox and filler practices in the country, with involvement in more than 100 clinical trials. The practice was acquired by DermCare, a portfolio company of Hildred Capital.

The Dykema team advising Wilmington Dermatology on the deal included Dean Gould, Craig Woods, Soha AbdurRahman, and Jonathan Meulemans.
