Associate
Soha AbdurRahman is an associate in Dykema’s Corporate Finance practice group and is based in the firm’s Chicago office. Soha's practice focuses on corporate and finance matters including mergers and acquisitions and commercial lending.
She assists clients on both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions across various industries including dental service organizations, technology, and healthcare. She also assists clients with legal diligence and issues related to M&A transactions, and works with lead attorneys to finalize agreements and close deals.
In addition to M&A transactions, Soha also has experience with various types of financing transactions, including single-lender, multi-lender, and syndicated credit facilities.
