Arlene Switzer Steinfield Quoted in HR Magazine Article on Recalling Furloughed Workers

Arlene Switzer Steinfield, Dallas-based senior counsel in Dykema’s Labor & Employment Practice Group, was quoted in the HR Magazine article “Recall Furloughed Workers Lawfully.”

The article discusses employers’ need for a planned process in recalling furloughed workers and the legalities in doing so. The article goes on to discuss the importance for employers to document the recall process and provides suggested verbiage to include in recall letters.
