Connor B. Walby

Senior Attorney

Connor concentrates his practice on defending manufacturers and corporate entities in complex product liability, general liability, and commercial litigation.

Connor knows how to develop a rigorous defense for his clients, from case inception to trial and appeal. Connor leveraged this experience during his first trial, which he first-chaired (and won). Connor has also coordinated consumer warranty and discovery matters across several jurisdictions, including California, and represented the world’s largest franchisor in leasing, real estate, and franchising disputes.

Connor regularly represents Fortune 500 companies and their complex products across the country, and focuses on defending the design and manufacture of motor vehicles and their component parts.

In addition to conducting extensive legal research, Connor also routinely drafts responsive pleadings, dispositive motions, written discovery, pre- and post-trial motions and appeals.
