Jennifer Dickey is an associate in Dykema’s Chicago office. She focuses her practice on advising organizations on privacy compliance and regulatory requirements. Jennifer helps businesses navigate complex data privacy frameworks and implement proactive strategies to mitigate risk and ensure operational alignment with evolving laws.
Jennifer’s professional journey is characterized by her significant contributions to the field of privacy law, with experience spanning regulatory strategy, incident response, and AI governance. She has contributed to national AI policy through the NIST AI Working Group and advises clients on the legal risks posed by emerging technologies. During law school, she was selected as a Google Policy Fellow, where she authored policy briefs on emerging technologies including neurotechnology and AR/VR. She also supported privacy initiatives at Mastercard and conducted research at the Future of Privacy Forum focused on biometrics, AI, and youth privacy.
