Jillian Gordon Foerster
Senior Counsel

Jillie specializes in Employee Benefits & ERISA. She works regularly with clients to solve a broad range of tax and employee benefit plan issues. Her primary areas of expertise are ERISA and Tax compliance for all types of employee benefit plans, including ERISA support for mergers and acquisitions and ERISA litigation. Jillie has a special interest in welfare plans, including 125 plan compliance, COBRA, self-funded health plans, HIPAA Privacy and Security, and all things Affordable Care Act.
Jillie began her career at Dykema (when the San Antonio office was Cox Smith Matthews), and she’s recently returned to the firm as Senior Council. She is also a proud Air Force spouse.
