Associate
Katherine Rios is an associate in Dykema’s Corporate Finance practice, where she represents public and private companies in a broad range of securities and corporate matters. Her practice includes advising on IPOs, SPAC transactions, follow-on and exchange offerings, private placements, and ongoing SEC reporting and compliance. She helps clients raise capital and navigate the evolving securities regulatory landscape with clarity and precision.
In addition to her securities work, Katherine counsels clients on commercial contracts, corporate governance matters, and general corporate issues. Known for her detail-oriented yet practical approach, she translates complex requirements into actionable guidance, communicates with clarity, and aligns legal strategies with business objectives to build strong, trusted client relationships.
