Kerry's effectiveness as a facilitator, and his foresight as a counselor, have been instrumental in the success of countless acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects. Because of his ability to recognize and address the wide array of legal issues faced by businesses and non-profits of all stripes, Kerry is regularly asked by such organizations to serve as their outside general counsel. Clients know that he will provide cost-effective, reliable representation and assemble the right legal talent to handle whatever challenges come their way.

Clients rely on Kerry to focus on and address the issues that matter while avoiding those that distract and delay. When stumbling blocks or impediments to projects arise, the odds are that Kerry has put the structures in place to protect his clients' interests and allow a project to proceed.

Decades of experience with acquisitions, development projects, farm, ranch and recreational property projects, and complex leasing and financing transactions have imbued Kerry with the insights needed to coordinate parties that come to a project with differing agendas and approaches. He brings a valuable combination of practicality and creativity to his representation of developers, sellers, buyers, lenders, landlords, and tenants in complex real estate transactions.

His practice may be primarily about property and business solutions, but Kerry recognizes that people are the ones who either get deals done or scuttle them. He understands how to work effectively with all players, turning transactions into team efforts and resolving potential conflicts through reasoned compromise. As a result, he delivers consistent, expeditious, and cost-effective results for complex business and real estate transactions.
