When faced with bet-the-company litigation or supply chain issues, the biggest companies in the world call on Lisa Brown.

Named a “Leading Lawyer” in automotive litigation by Legal 500 U.S. 2024, Lisa has represented global automotive companies in complex litigation, contract disputes, and supply chain issues for more than 25 years. But her commercial litigation experience also extends across industries, including tech, manufacturing, healthcare, and more.

Supply chain issues can create a serious crisis for most companies, and especially manufacturers. Lisa has handled these issues for decades, advising clients on warranty and recall cost recovery, contracting and supply risks, pricing and commercial claims, and other disputes throughout the supply chain.

Lisa’s work carries high stakes for her clients and the success of their business. Her matters range from finding creative solutions for her clients and their business partners to advancing her clients’ needs, when necessary, in legal forums across the country.

Lisa is adamant about client service and building strong working relationships with clients and colleagues, and she is known for her responsiveness, superior work ethic, and 24/7 availability.

Lisa is the Office Managing Member for Dykema’s Detroit office. Prior to that, Lisa served as Dykema’s Hiring Partner and was the face of the firm to law schools, students, and lateral candidates for more than a decade.

My clients often trust me when the stakes are at their highest. I strive every day to deliver on that trust.
