Matt is a dedicated litigator with a strong background in representing clients in complex business disputes. His experience spans a wide range of industries and legal issues, making him ready to take on any of his clients’ litigation needs. Matt takes the time to understand the intricacies of his clients’ businesses and legal challenges, allowing him to develop strategic and assertive advocacy from pre-suit negotiations through trial.
Matt graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in government and another in rhetoric and writing, where he developed strong analytical and communication skills that serve him well in his legal practice. After his undergraduate studies, Matt attended Baylor School of Law, where he completed a professional track in business litigation, preparing him for complicated and diverse commercial lawsuits. While in law school, Matt received the prestigious Bob and Karen Wortham “Mad Dog” award, naming him one of the top trial advocates in his class.
