Robert C. Pollock is a dual-licensed attorney in Michigan and Arizona who concentrates his practice on transactional commercial and residential real estate matters and real estate lending, finance, and workouts. 

Robert graduated magna cum laude from the University of Detroit-Mercy in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a certificate of legal studies. Robert is a 2017 graduate from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. While in law school, Robert worked at public policy think tank and in the Arizona Legislature’s Rules Committee providing legal insight into the constitutionality of statewide bill propositions.

Robert started his law career in municipal law, working as an Assistant City Attorney with the City of Sedona, Arizona in 2017. From there, he moved into private practice, working on a variety of corporate compliance, real estate, M&A and contractual issues for small businesses, property investors, developers, condominium associations, and municipal clients, including both residential and commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. Robert regularly assists clients with a wide variety of transactional real estate matters such as drafting easements, deeds, land contracts, mortgages, and promissory notes.
