Warren Wise is a Houston product liability defense attorney and senior counsel in Dykema’s Product Liability and Class Action Litigation practice. He represents construction and oil and gas companies, transportation businesses, contractors, and other corporate clients facing personal injury and commercial claims. His experience includes litigation involving alleged product defects, commercial vehicle accidents, workplace and industrial injuries, toxic exposures, construction defects, wrongful death, and other complex liability issues.

Warren handles cases from initial assessment through discovery, dispositive motions, trial, arbitration, and appeal. He has served as the lead trial attorney in numerous high-exposure trials involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death claims, securing favorable jury verdicts in multimillion-dollar personal injury cases. Further, he has taken and defended hundreds of depositions involving parties, fact witnesses, and experts, and has prepared hundreds of case-dispositive motions. Drawing on this experience, Warren helps clients evaluate exposure, manage complex factual and expert issues, and develop efficient defense strategies aligned with their business objectives.

An experienced Texas trial attorney, Warren has tried numerous personal injury, commercial transportation, construction, contract, and fraud matters in both state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings. His experience includes obtaining several defense verdicts, achieving a take-nothing judgment, securing summary judgment in a multimillion-dollar workplace injury lawsuit, and helping clients obtain jury awards substantially below plaintiffs’ demands. He also has appellate experience, including drafting a prevailing brief and assisting with oral argument before a Texas court of appeals.

Warren serves on the board of the Texas Association of Defense Counsel and has presented on Texas jury trends and post-pandemic verdict patterns. His understanding of how Texas juries evaluate injury claims helps clients assess litigation risk, make informed strategic decisions, and prepare cases for trial from the outset.
