Mr. Steinhoff is a member of the Firm's Real Estate Practice Group and his practice focuses on a broad variety of commercial real estate law transactions, involving condominium developments, affordable housing transactions, commercial lending transactions, commercial leasing and land use law.

Experience

    Representation of property developers and lenders in both traditional residential condominium projects and in complex multi-use condominium developments.
  • Affordable Housing Projects
    Representation of nonprofit residential developers in a broad variety of affordable housing transactions involving national, state and local housing and lending agencies.
  • Real Estate Litigation
    Representation of nationally based and local title insurance companies and agents in all aspects of title insurance claims.
  • Commercial Lenders
    Representation of local, regional and national lenders in commercial real estate loans, asset based financing, foreclosures and loan workouts.
  • Developers
    Negotiation and preparation of documentation for acquisitions, development, financing, and various related aspects of real estate transactions for residential and commercial developers and property owners.
