After 4 years of adjusting to the government enforcement policies and priorities enacted by the Trump administration, many businesses now wonder what laws and regulations await under President-elect Biden. Please join Dykema Government Policy Advisors Jim Brandell and Andrew Buczek, and Dykema attorneys Jonathan Feld, Sean Griffin, Jason Ross, and Joanne Zimolzak as they discuss what laws and regulations they expect to change—and what may stay the same— for regulatory compliance, government investigations of businesses, data privacy regulation, compliance concerns for government contractors, and other areas of importance to businesses in 2021 and beyond.
