Dykema Employer Survey Examines Return-to-Work Issues

Ray Bissmeyer and Donna McElroy, San Antonio-based members of Dykema’s Labor and Employment Practice Group, co-authored the article, “Dykema Employer Survey Examines Return-to-Work Issues,” for The Texas Lawbook.

The article discusses the results of Dykema’s 2020 COVID-19 Employer Survey, which covered issues related to employees returning to work in light of various government programs enacted in response to COVID-19. The article also provides suggestions on how employers can meet and maintain FFCRA, EFML, OSHA, DOL and IRS compliance as they reopen for business.
