ACI’s 14th Annual Automotive, Litigation, Regulation, and Innovation Summit

Laura Baucus and Jay Logel will serve as featured presenters at the American Conference Institute’s 14th Annual Automotive Litigation, Regulation, and Innovation Summit, taking place March 10–11, 2026, in Chicago. On March 11, Baucus will participate in the panel “Working with Suppliers: A Practical Look at Contracts, Complications, and Canceled Projects.” The discussion will focus on managing supplier relationships amid market volatility, with practical guidance on contract provisions addressing price fluctuations, recalls and warranties, termination rights, and strategies to mitigate risk when projects face disruption or cancellation.

On March 11, Logel will join the panel “Looking Ahead: Planning for the Future in a Volatile Present.” This session will explore future market trends, regulatory and litigation impacts, and strategies for navigating ongoing supply chain and industry uncertainties.
