Brittany King is an associate attorney in Dykema’s Labor and Employment and Litigation practice groups. Her practice focuses on labor and employment litigation, including claims involving discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, wage and hour disputes under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and employee and independent contractor classification issues.

Brittany works with employers to address complex workplace challenges, defend against employment-related claims, and develop practical strategies designed to reduce risk and support compliance with federal and state employment laws. She counsels clients on a variety of labor and employment matters, including workplace policies, personnel issues, employee classification, and day-to-day employment concerns.

Her experience includes assisting employers with matters involving workplace discrimination, wage and hour compliance, worker classification, internal workplace issues, and employment litigation strategy. Brittany takes a practical and business-focused approach to helping clients navigate evolving labor and employment laws while supporting their operational objectives.
