Leonard C. Wolfe

Chair and CEO

Culture. Collegiality. Client service. As Dykema’s chair and CEO, Len Wolfe is laser-focused on these ideals. Every day, he works toward promoting growth built on service excellence and “delivering on our promise,” an ideal that applies to our clients, our colleagues, and the communities in which we live and practice.

Len is responsible for executing the firm’s strategic plan, which includes growth in new markets, combining with like-minded practices, scaling existing client work, improving the profitability and efficiencies of the law firm, and identifying, promoting, and developing new service offerings.

Dykema’s dedication to client service is a commitment to the individuals, companies, and organizations we represent. Len frequently meets with clients to understand their legal and business objectives, always strategizing with his colleagues to find or create ways to meet their goals. Across the firm, technology is often part of the solution, and we regularly invest in practice management, connectivity, and other resources.

But people will always be Dykema’s most valuable asset and the reason for Len’s priority to attract, retain, and promote top talent and make the firm an employer-of-choice for exceptional lawyers and legal professionals.

As intently as he listens to clients’ perspectives, he regularly stops individuals in the hallway, meets with groups, and visits our various offices. He actively seeks others’ thoughts about making the practice of law, the business of law, and our workplace better, more productive, and more efficient.

People don’t fully appreciate how collaborative and forward-thinking Dykema is. We do a lot of great things here. This is the place you want to practice, and the firm you want representing you if you are a client.
