Nathan prioritizes achieving his clients’ goals by working closely with them to determine their objectives and address risks. He is an attentive and dependable attorney who concentrates on his clients’ cases and maintains open communication with his clients.
He focuses his practice on commercial real estate finance transactions, secured lending transactions, commercial leasing, and other business law transactions.
Prior to joining Dykema, Nathan represented lending clients in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac SBL programs, handling over three hundred multifamily loan transactions involving acquisition, refinance, and assumption loans. Prior to that, he spent over 10 years as Vice President of a Silicon Valley startup engineering firm, advising on business planning and strategies as well as business negotiations and contracts.
