With countless successful transactions under his belt and a well-earned reputation as one of the premier practitioners in his field, Bob Linton knows real estate.

He understands what his clients need and what he needs to do to close a leasing, acquisition, disposition, or financing transaction expeditiously, efficiently, and in a way that fully protects his client's interests. His skill in shepherding of complex, high-dollar real estate deals has made him an invaluable partner and trusted advisor for clients across the country.

Director of the firm's Real Estate and Environmental Law Department, Bob provides counsel for commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, development, and condominium issues. He is particularly recognized for his work in commercial leasing matters, having handled thousands of office, retail, and industrial lease transactions on behalf of both landlords and tenants.

Bob immerses himself in the details of each transaction and asks the right questions to understand his clients' objectives, so he can offer the guidance best suited to achieving them. Having seen, addressed, and resolved almost every conceivable issue that could delay or derail a lease transaction, he has the experience and insights to close them on time and on budget.

Bob's real estate practice includes representing pension funds, REITs, insurance companies, financial institutions, entrepreneurs, developers, and other real estate companies.

For institutional and private property owners, he provides seasoned counsel on commercial leasing, sales, purchases, development, and property management issues. Bob's real estate clients appreciate his lightning-fast responsiveness, his collaborative spirit, and the clarity of his counsel on their most impactful transactions.

Lots of real estate lawyers know the law. But it's equally critical to understand the client, the market, and the importance of closing transactions quickly without compromising a client's interests.
