Puja R. Valera

Associate

Puja Valera is an associate in Dykema's Chicago office.  With a sharp focus on real estate transactions, Puja’s practice includes matters regarding new and existing leases, purchase and sale agreements, and loan agreements. Her experience extends to assisting clients with commercial real estate transactions involving landlords, tenants, and institutional lenders, as well as other industry professionals.

Puja graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2023. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. While in law school, Puja was a Staff Member of the Loyola Law Journal and a Symposium Editor for the Journal of Regulatory Compliance. Puja was also a Fellow with the Institute for Consumer Antitrust Studies.
